Heidi, 50, debuted the beginning stages of her Halloween costume, which appeared to be some type of alien or dinosaur creature, with her makeup artist Mike Marino.

After a brief interview about this year's costume and the New York City Halloween party, the artist was shown adding more special effects makeup to Heidi's costume during the live stream.

The America's Got Talent judge previewed her extraterrestrial facial appearance with an Instagram post moments before the Amazon Live session.

Captioned only with a black heart and ghost emojis, the Sports Illustrated cover model provided little indication of what the final product would be.

Before ending the livestream, Heidi hinted that her costume would be something that "speaks another language."

Last year, Heidi outdid herself after she arrived at her 2022 party in a jaw-dropping costume.

Heidi looked completely unrecognizable as she took to the blue carpet at Sake No Hana New York dressed as a worm.

The mom-of-four is no stranger to epic Halloween costumes and always pulls it out of the bag when it comes to unreal disguises.

Heidi's slimy-looking attire featured ridges and came complete with a curved head and long tail.

The German-born model was accompanied by her husband Tom Kaulitz, who was dressed as a fisherman with a bloody eye.

Heidi's slender physique was completely covered, except for her eyes and mouth, and she appeared to be wearing a pair of tan sneakers.

In a video captured by Good Morning America on Instagram, Heidi wobbled along on the blue carpet and got down on the floor as she attempted to do the worm dance move.

The TV personality started getting ready at 11 am that morning and kept her fans updated with the transformation on social media.

Heidi again went live with Amazon alongside her Making the Cut collaborator Tim Gunn to give her 10 million followers a glimpse at the process, but she was careful not to give too much away about her finished look before the party.

As her makeup was applied, Heidi told her fans how excited she was for this year's party - which had been canceled for the past two years due to Covid-19.

She also revealed that the first thing she does at her Halloween events is to make sure she greets everyone in attendance and tries to figure out who is underneath each costume.

HALLOWEEN BASH

Heidi's annual Halloween parties are becoming just as famous as the guests who attend.

One of her friends has lifted the curtain on what happens at the star-studded party, and how Heidi often slips in unnoticed as her costumes are so dramatic.

The supermodel is known for going all out with her costumes at the ghoulishly glam event.

Hilary Latos, a media entrepreneur, has been to almost every invite-only soiree since Heidi first introduced her haunted bash in 2000.

"My first ever party with Heidi was in 2002 when she was dressed as Betty Boop," Hillary shared exclusively with The U.S. Sun.

"People come in insane costumes. Heidi's is always the craziest, it's like out of a Hollywood movie.

"The whole night is mostly just a buildup to seeing Heidi - it becomes a guessing game of what she is going to be dressed as.

"She always comes really late and no one has any idea, so it's always the biggest anticipation of the night."

Hillary, who usually attends the spookiest event of the social season dressed as a leopard - or in her recycled drummer girl outfit - recalls one year when no one even realized the host had already arrived.

She said: "She was geriatric Heidi, and everyone kept looking around for her because they didn't know that she was there.

"It was so real, she just looked like an old lady."

For the lucky non-celebs to be invited, it's also a Met Gala-type waiting game to see what other celebrities are going to wear.

Hilary said: "I've seen everyone. Mariah Carey, Blake Lively, Julia Fox.

"There are have been unique and outlandish outfits, but I don't think anyone has ever come close to Heidi's costumes.

"I also don't think anyone would dare upstage her."

Since her first ever ghoulish gala 23 years ago, the queen of Halloween just keeps outdoing herself ever since.

In 2016, the star duplicated herself by bringing five other models to dress like her.

Heidi's transformed looks over the years have included a Thriller era Michael Jackson, sexy red-haired cartoon vixen Jessica Rabbit, and the blue Marvel character Mystique from X-Men.

HALLOWEEN SPIRIT

Over the weekend, Halloween Queen Heidi sunk her fangs into a spider-themed doughnut as she wore cat ears and an orange dress in Los Angeles.
