Fans became confused and assumed Todd Chrisley's mother had died.

THE BACKLASH

In an online thread, critics slammed the confusion and blasted the Chrisley Knows Best alum for supposedly contributing to the fright.

One critic ranted: "Oh My God! Why did she do this??? I thought it actually happened!"

Another critic added: "There’s no way she posted this and thought it was okay.

"I would have believed & clicked because who with any brain cells/heart would do this!"

A third critic mentioned: "I’ve seen the show and adored Nanny Faye, so I would have clicked.

"She’s very sick for doing that. Holy."

A fourth person wrote: "I always grew up being told that if you’re gonna lie, don’t EVER say that a loved one passed or is sick.

"I can’t imagine doing something like this. How gross."

A commentator chimed: "A lot of her followers may not know about this other nanny Faye.

"Also, putting her picture up there like that! Savannah knew what she was doing."

'CONSTANT LIES'

Savannah's confusing post came after she slammed her older sister Lindise Chrisley, 34, for her "constant lies."

In mid-October, the former TV star told People that she was done with her sibling and had split with her.

Savannah revealed: “It is very interesting.

“I don’t do well with constant lies and victim mentality, so I’m good.”

She continued: “I have realized that as an adult, it’s my responsibility to have healthy relationships and cut out unhealthy ones."

The duo no longer follow each other on social media, as reported by the publication.

In September, the reality star admitted on Nick Viall’s Viall Files podcast that the two sisters are no longer speaking to each other.
