A LOVE Island star looks completely unrecognisable after revealing he was body shamed at school.
The reality star in question is Italian hunk Davide Sanclimenti, who won the hit show with ex girlfriend Ekin-Su in 2022.

Davide took to social media to post two photos of himself, side by side, as he opened up on his fitness journey but also about being body shamed.
In one photo, Davide is a lot younger and can be seen wearing a striped top and shorts.
Then, in the next photo, the 28-year-old poses topless and shows off his incredibly chiselled physique in a pair of white shorts.
Davide also posted various snaps of himself working up a sweat and doing exercise at the iconic Muscle Beach at Venice Beach in the USA.
In the candid post, Davide wrote: “I was body shame in School because of my body: I was classed as overweight as a teenager, so I started training. Running like I was in a marathon and swimming like an Olympian. I was eating almost nothing, until I lost an unhealthy amount of weight.
“If there was anyone that could have saved me, it was me.”
Davide continued: “Fitness for me is everything. The beauty of it? The effort you put into it is directly correlated to the results you will get.
“It always gave me the strength to keep going, even when things were getting hard. It made me disciplined because if you cannot sacrifice part of yourself, you’ll need to sacrifice your dreams. And so it’s life.
“What can I say now… A dream coming true: Training in a healthy way at Muscle Beach - Venice, LA. I made it.”
Davide was praised by fans for his honest post, as one person wrote: “i love this for you! congrats! i know how amazing it feels to reach your goals!”

The 28-year-old recently jetted off to the US, and looks to be having the time of his life.
Davide has been sharing what he gets up to on Instagram for his 1.7 million followers to see.
The hunk posed for a selection of pictures for a sponsored advert for Boohoo Man.
Davide looked stylish in a sand coloured crinkle shirt and matching shorts.
"Somewhere in Beverly Hills @boohoomanofficial #ad," he captioned the post.
He also shared a photo dump to show what he's been up to in America.
The reality star stripped down to floral black and white shorts to work out on the beach.
He also headed to Dolce & Gabbana to do a bit of shopping.

Davide was all smiles as he walked past the Hard Rock Cafe and took a selfie in a room full of Oscar gongs.
His solo trip comes after his split from Ekin-Su, 28.
