MOLLY-Mae Hague shot to fame when she coupled up with Tyson Fury’s brother on Love Island.

But the real love affair from season five of ITV’s iconic dating show was us (the fans) and Molly’s perfect hair 'dos.

From her voluminous messy bun to her pristine curls, the 25-year-old proved herself an expert at styling her hair.

And now, six years after she catapulted onto screens, we’re still hanging on to her every hair recommendation.

Fortunately, Molly’s “newest obsession” is a total bargain.

The mum-of-one uses Velcro rollers - yes, the biggest hair tool from the Sixties and Seventies - to get her signature bounce.

Velcro rollers emerged in the Fifties and became wildly popular over the subsequent two decades.

They were innovative because they did not require pins or clips to hold them in place.

And most importantly, they were cheap.

You can pick up a pair of large Velcro rollers just like Molly’s for a cool £2 at Primark.

They come in an eight pack, meaning each roller works out at 25p a pop.

The influencer took to Instagram stories to showcase how she pulls them out of her hair after a day of wearing.

The result? A perfectly bouncy mane that looks like she just stepped out of the salon.

Molly spent the weekend in the Lake District watching her older sister, Zoe, get married.

Her Instagram feed was a sea of bouncy-haired pictures - and now we know why.

She was even spotted before the ceremony rocking a head of Velcro rollers while wearing a tracksuit… gosh, she really is just like us.

Recreate Mol’s 'do

To use Velcro rollers, start with clean, dry (or slightly damp) hair and section it into manageable parts.

Roll small sections of hair around the rollers, securing them snugly by using the friction of the Velcro to grip to your hair.

Secure each roller close to your scalp - they should stay in place on their own due to the hook-and-loop material.

Allow your hair to set in the curls either by using a hairdryer on low heat or leaving them in for several hours - ideally overnight.

Once your hair is dry and set, gently remove the rollers.

Start from the bottom sections and work your way up.

You can then style the curls with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, finishing with a light hairspray if desired.

Use larger rollers for bouncy volume like Molly’s, or you can go for smaller ones if you prefer a tighter curl.
