Middle aisle shoppers have been gushing that the beauty buy is “better than the real thing” after months of it being out of stock.

The Lacura Vitabase Moisturising Primer is a dupe for Bobbi Brown’s Vitamin Enriched Face Base.

A tub of the high-end face cream can set you back as much as £84.

Meanwhile, Aldi’s rendition costs £4.99 a pop.

The budget supermarket has also released the £4.99 Lacura Vitabase Eye Primer, which is a second dupe for the £41 Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Eye Base.

“Get your skin looking picture perfect with this Lacura Vitabase Primer,” Aldi bosses said.

Aldi's latest Specialbuys have dropped into store and it's all about DIY essentials.

“Whether you're using this alone or under make-up, your selfies will never be the same again.

“Contains vitamin C and E, shea butter, geranium and grapefruit extract for a nourishing and delicate foundation treatment.”

These are the same ingredients featured in Bobbi Brown's luxurious face cream.

Aldi’s social media team took to Instagram to promote the return of its sell-out dupes, which are already in the middle aisle

“Perfect your base make up with our Vitamin Face & Eye Primers,” they penned.

People are only just realising why there are so many 99p prices in Aldi, and it's nothing to do with beating competitors

“Will you be adding them to your routine for a long-lasting, glowy look?”

Shoppers were quick to react to the dupe-tastic return.

“Love these, stock up every time,” beauty buff Jen Roberts commented.

“Tried this and had to go back for more,” Suzanne Wright added.
