Abdalla, who lives in London, has had a “strict regimen” of constant hydration and moisturizing since a skin peel caused pigmentation.

Speaking to The U.S. Sun, she shared her must-try skincare routine.

She uses ingredients known for their skin-repairing properties.

“My daily skincare routine is quite comprehensive,” said Abdalla, CEO of InêsSKN, Founder of Inês Cosmetics, and co-founder of Intelahive.

“In the morning, I start with a gentle cleanser to remove any impurities.

“This is followed by a hydrating toner and a Vitamin C serum to protect against environmental damage.

“I then apply a Vitamin C eye cream and a moisturizer rich in ceramides, peptides, niacinamide, and Vitamin C.

“Vitamin C is a powerhouse antioxidant that brightens my skin and protects against environmental damage.”

A broad spectrum SPF 50 is also important for protecting her skin from further damage and managing pigmentation issues.

“I wear a sun visor and reapply my physical SPF 50+ sunscreen religiously every two hours, all year round,” she said.

NIGHTTIME ROUTINE

All makeup and pollutants are removed in the evening by double cleansing.

“I follow this with a retinol serum to promote cell turnover and a nourishing night cream to keep my skin hydrated overnight,” she said.

“Additionally, I use a brightening eye cream that contains over 10 active ingredients and retinol.

I recommend Coenzyme Q10 for its powerful antioxidant properties, along with hyaluronic acid supplements to maintain skin moisture and plumpness.

“I also incorporate a cocktail of tyrosinase inhibitors to help with pigmentation.

“Three times a week, I exfoliate with a PHA toner to maintain smooth and radiant skin.

“This routine helps maintain my skin’s health, radiance, and youthful appearance.”

BEAUTY BOOSTERS

Abdalla said a holistic approach is necessary for avoiding breakouts and premature aging.

She aims for 10 hours of “quality sleep” nightly to remain free from dark circles, puffiness, and a dull complexion.

Regular exercise and at least two liters of water daily help to flush out toxins and keep her skin hydrated.

She combines an antioxidant-rich diet with vitamin E supplements and omega-3 fatty acids to support skin health.

“I have cut out processed foods and those high in refined sugars, as they can lead to inflammation and breakouts,” she said.

“I also avoid dairy products, as they can sometimes trigger acne and other skin issues.

“Additionally, I have eliminated alcohol and caffeine from my diet, both of which can dehydrate the skin and contribute to premature aging. "

Her skin remains firm by taking nine to 10 grams of marine collagen daily.

“Adopting a holistic approach that includes a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, regular exercise, and stress management techniques such as meditation or yoga can significantly enhance skin health," she said.
