OH BABY

I stupidly slept with my ex and now I’m pregnant – I don’t know who the dad is, I’m scared I’ll be judged

A MUM has been left worried she'll be judged after revealing that she doesn't know who the father of her unborn baby is.

She discovered she was pregnant after having sex with two different men within a short space of time.

The woman, from Glasgow, told how she had fallen into bed with her ex, who she already has children with, a few weeks before getting into a new relationship.

After realising she is pregnant, she has been left worried over which man could be the father of her new baby.

Looking for advice, she took her dilemma to Facebook seeking some clarity and reassurance.

And the commenters had her back all the way whilst advising her to take a DNA test when the baby arrives.

First, she explained the situation.

She explained: "Please no one judge.

"I stupidly slept with my kids' dad again in May, I then got into a new relationship and slept with this person 4th of June.

"I've found out I'm pregnant and the wee one's due 26th February.

"I'm certain my last period was the 18th of May. Who's more likely to be the dad?"

Commenters did their best to offer advice and sought to give her some comfort.

They each suggested either man could be the dad based on whenever conception began.

But many pointed out that a DNA test was the only way to give an accurate answer.

And they also added that no one was judging her as they offered her their full support.

One person said: "Just be honest with those guys and have DNA test then you'll be 100 per cent sure. Take care" with a heart and hug emoji.

Another added: "I'd get an early scan and see how many weeks they think you are. Might give you a rougher idea."

Someone else suggested: "I'd speak with your doctor about a prenatal paternity test. It's a difficult situation. Hope it all goes well."

And a fellow concerned user posted: "It's up to you to decide what you do with the information - who you tell or don't and how much you tell them.

"No judgment, not an easy situation to be in, good luck!"

A fourth chipped in to congratulate her on the new arrival, despite the situation, posting: "Work it out gal - congrats!"

While a user tried to make the woman laugh by joking: "Just pick your favourite!"
