"I’m not the fastest, strongest, or most flexible 60-year-old personal trainer you’ll meet," she said.

"I’m not an athlete, I don’t know how to play a single sport, and I’ve never been outstanding at fitness-related endeavors.

"Yes, I’ve run marathons, and taken part in bodybuilding competitions," Jacqueline continued.

She highlighted that anyone can embark on their own fitness journey regardless of their age or fitness level.

"You don’t have to be brilliant to do fitness, you just have to do it," she told her followers.

Jacqueline also shares various versions of the same exercise routines tailored for different levels of ability.

"You are not less worthy if you need to engage in seated exercise or work at a low intensity," she said.

"Inclusive fitness is what we champion here," Jacqueline explained to her viewers.

She added that nobody should ever feel judged or ashamed for how they approach their fitness goals.

"No judgment, no shame, just admiration for you doing fitness your way," Jacqueline said.
