It has not shared a day for its last day of business, per NBC affiliate WFMJ, but it's currently offering major deals to clear out inventory before shuttering for good.

The store had a sign alerting people to its closure saying, "Everything must go."

Only the Salem location will be closing, per the sign.

Items in the store were being discounted from 10% to 30%.

ANOTHER CLOSURE

True Value isn't the only recent closure in Ohio.

Shoney's, a popular restaurant chain founded in 1947, is closing its location in Dover, about an hour southwest of Salem.

No set date has been announced for its closure.

The location has 25 employees and some have been there since the restaurant first opened, per Mike Watson, the store manager, according to the Times-Reporter.

‘It was the go-to spot,’ cry diners as Denny’s pulls out of city & warns of more closures after shutting 15 restaurants

"It's been a pretty good place," he told the outlet.

He had worked at the location for 18 years.

The owner of the Dover Shoney's, Nick Hussein, decided to cut back on how many restaurants he owns, per Watson.

Watson thinks this is why the location is closing.

History of True Value

In 1948, John Cotter founded Cotter & Company, a retail-owned company that had 25 independently owned and operated stores.

In 1963, the company bought Hibbard, Spencer, and Bartlett which also got him the True Value trademark.

True Value has been a brand with a presence since 1932.

Today, the hardware company is one of the world's leading wholesalers with a globally recognized brand. It also provides to customers in over 60 countries.

True Value has 4,500 stores nationwide and approximately 2,500 True Value Associates.

According to True Value

Once Shoney's shutters, foodies will have to travel out of state to visit another location.

The next closest location is in Pennsylvania, or there are multiple options to choose from in West Virginia.

Shoney's has locations all over the South in states including Alabama, Tennesee, and South Carolina.

Its first location was in Charleston, West Virginia, per its website.
