FRESH body cam footage from police officers who arrested Hulk Hogan's son, Nick, at the end of 2023 has been released.

The 33-year-old was stopped by cops in Clearwater, Florida, on November 18, 2023, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he allegedly flew past officers on the side of the road at over 50 mph in a 40 mph zone and did not change lanes to create space.

Newly released footage showed a nearly 40-minute process after Nick Hogan was stopped around 1 am, per Law & Crime.

In the clip, the officer approached the window of Nick's black pickup truck and could be heard explaining why he pulled the former reality television star over.

He then asked Nick to step out of the vehicle and repeatedly inquired if the 33-year-old had been drinking alcohol.

Nick denied drinking anything each time and claimed that the alcohol the officer could smell off his breath was due to kissing his girlfriend in the passenger seat, who had supposedly been drinking earlier.

The officer still took Nick through several field sobriety tests and requested that he blow through a breathalyzer, which he reportedly refused.

Clearwater Police then arrested the 33-year-old on suspicion of DUI and placed him in the back of a cop car headed for the station due to his breathalyzer test refusal.

Not long after, Hogan, 70, showed up to come to the aid of his son, requesting more information about what happened from officers at the scene.

Hogan also explained that he had just been with Nick hours earlier before his son was headed to judge a bikini contest, and the footage ended with Nick being taken away to the station.

It was later confirmed that Nick had been at his dad's famed bar, Hogan's Hangout, where a bikini contest was held that evening, according to a post on the bar's Instagram page.

The ad encouraged women from the community to come to the contest hosted by the father and son, with a grand prize of $3,000 being distributed to the winner, $1,500 for second place, and $500 for third.

Footage from the event showed Nick attending, running turntables, and smiling in the background, per TMZ.

A mugshot was later released of Nick from the Clearwater Police Department, and an affidavit provided to The Miami Herald said that the 33-year-old did not immediately pull over after police pursued him.

The report also described Nick as having "bloodshot eyes" and smelling of a "strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.”

Cops also noted in the document that Nick failed the field sobriety tests seen in the newly released footage.

He was later released on a $500 bond after spending at least eight hours in custody, per Florida state law.

The U.S. Sun contacted representatives for Hogan's family but did not receive a response.

As The U.S. Sun previously reported, this is the second time that Nick has been arrested for a DUI.

In 2007, Nick, then 17, and his friend John Graziano, were involved in a horrific car accident that left Graziano with a traumatic brain injury.

Nick was sentenced to eight months behind bars and five years' probation after it was revealed he was intoxicated behind the wheel.

He also pleaded no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

Graziano's family later sued the Hogans and reached a $5 million settlement outside of court.

Nick is one of Hogan's two children, the other being his eldest child, Brooke, a TV personality, singer, actress, and businesswoman.

The entire Hogan family appeared on their VH1 reality series Hogan Knows Best from 2005 to 2007.

Nick previously had a Formula D competition license and drove for Dodge in motorsports competitions until 2007.

He received at least three speeding tickets in 2007 before his crash on August 26 with Graziano, including a specific instance where he was driving 115 mph in a 70 mph zone.
