SHOCKING footage shows the moment rampaging yobs smashed windows and destroyed cars in residential backstreets.
Sir Keir Starmer today hit out at thugs wreaking havoc across Britain, saying violence would not be "tolerated" and the full force of the law will come down on the perpetrators.

The Prime Minister's warning comes as more than 420 people have been arrested after social media lies whipped up riots across the UK.
Video footage taken in Middlesbrough shared on X, formerly Twitter, shows thugs targeting people's homes as they stormed down residential roads.
A number of yobs were seen taking out windows indiscriminately while others hurled objects at houses.
Others appeared to take out the windows of cars lined up on the road.
And some were even seen jumped on top of motors and damaged windscreens by stomping.
Thugs were also filmed taking a run up and booting front doors in random acts of violence.
Rioters caused visible damage to buildings, homes and vehicles were damaged in Middlesbrough yesterday.
But the town's community also came together in a show of "unity" following a weekend of horror scenes and riots.

Hundreds of volunteers descended on the town's Cenotaph before 8am on Monday to take part in a mass clean-up operation.
Middlesbrough Mayor Mayor Cooke condemned the violence on Monday.
He said: “The scenes we witnessed on Sunday have no place in Middlesbrough, and do not represent the diverse and welcoming town we all know and love.
“Violence and hate speech will never prevail here, or break the wonderful community spirit that is the very embodiment of this place.
“We also all owe a huge debt of gratitude to Cleveland Police who displayed immense bravery in the face of such mindless thuggery, and they will have our full support in bringing those responsible to justice.
“To see so many people who care about Middlesbrough and their fellow residents coming together this morning to help in the clean-up operation has been truly humbling, and that should be the abiding image people have of our town.”

Protests came after the deaths of three girls in a mass stabbing at a children's dance class in Southport, Merseyside, one week ago.
The demonstrations, which turned violent, were sparked following misinformation about the stabbing suspect's identity shared on social media.
The PM and top cops put online and in-person thugs on notice, warning the full force of the law will come down on both groups.
A Number 10 spokesperson warned social media bosses they have a responsibility to guarantee criminal activity doesn't appear or run amok on their platforms.
They said ministers are in close contact with tech chiefs to "ensure they are meeting their obligations" around illegal racist activity.
Downing Street also confirmed there are enough free prison cells to ensure every last rioter is locked up.
A Number 10 spokesperson said: "The police, Home Office and National Crime Agency are working to tackle criminality online and to ensure people are prosecuted.
"They are working to tackle misinformation and bot activity.
"The additional courts protocol is in place to ensure that additional court capacity is in place as is needed, and as the home office announced, the protective security scheme for mosques has been extended with additional security in place across across the country."
In Westminster the PM paid tribute to the "hard work of police officers over the past week" and "sent best wishes to those who have been injured protecting our streets".
Sir Keir was told hundreds of arrests have been made and cops will continue to update ministers over arrests and charges.
There have been no requests for the army to step in and provide back-up from forces across the UK.
But additional police resources are ready to be deployed at strategic locations around the country where necessary.
