A PRISON worker who told an inmate "I love your lips" during a lurid phone sex session has avoided jail after she cried in court.
Leanne Butcher, 31, had phone sex with Tariq Dervan who robbed the brothers of Marcus Rashford and Trent Alexander-Arnold during an armed raid.

Butcher, a student support officer in the education delivery department at HMP Swinfen Hall, also enjoyed an "intimate" relationship with convicted killer Junior Lukelo-Mami.
Butcher's world started to unravel after she revealed details of the illegal relationships to her line manager, reports Birmingham Live.
After her phone was seized the sexual content of her seedy chats was revealed.
In one exchange Butcher told Lukelo-Mami she 'loves him, loves kissing him, loves his lips'.
The court was told she also abused the prison computer system to find out if he was going to get deported.
Lukelo-Mami was jailed for 12 years for the manslaughter of 17-year-old Myron Yarde, an aspiring rapper known as Mdot. He has since been released from jail.
In another exchange Butcher stated she was scared of Dervan after she saw him attack a vulnerable inmate.
In 2019 he was one of three men who attacked and robbed Dane Rashford and Tyler Alexander-Arnold - brothers of Premier League stars Marcus and Trent.

The gang, armed with a sawn-off shotgun, machete and baseball bat, stole a £70,000 Range Rover, wallets and expensive watches during a raid at the Little Rock cafe in Moss Side, Manchester.
Dervan was sentenced in 2023 to seven and a half years with a 24 month extended licence for robbery and weapons possession offences.
Butcher, who cried in court, gasped with relief when Judge Kerry Maylin spared her jail.
Butcher, of Grinham Avenue, in Polesworth, Warwickshire was instead handed a two-year community order after pleading guilty to three counts of misconduct in a public office.
Prosecutor Elizabeth Power said: "In 2022 concerns were raised about her inappropriate relationships with inmates.
"A search was conducted of her mobile phone against the prison telephone system.
"It showed her number had been in eight calls with an inmate called Junior Lukelo-Mami who was serving at HMP Belmarsh but had previously been at HMP Swinfen Hall."
"It was clear they were in an intimate relationship. The defendant said she missed him and that another inmate knew about them.
"They were engaged in sexual conversations and they discussed their relationship and their long-term future."
Jennifer Josephs, defending Butcher, said that her client should be spared jail due to her mental health difficulties and responsibilities toward her children.
Judge Maylin warned Butcher : "I have given you this opportunity. If you fail to take it I will have no hesitation, no hesitation whatsoever in changing the sentence I have given you."
Judge Maylin also criticised the prevalence of mobile phones in the prison system and said that the training Butcher received as inadequate.
Dervan, aged 24, who is currently at HMP Buckley Hall in Rochdale, admitted two counts of possessing a mobile phone in prison and two counts of transmitting a sound or image from a prison without authority.
He was handed an extra eight months added to the seven years and six months he is currently serving.
