Shawty Bae, was not actually arrested for a crime.

However, she was the target of a prank orchestrated by fellow social media influencer Jaykindafunny.

Jay collaborated with Shawty Bae's boyfriend to stage a fake arrest.

The prank unfolded when Shawty Bae, her boyfriend, and some friends were pulled over by what appeared to be police officers.

Unknown to her, these cops were actually actors hired by Jay for the prank.

During the staged traffic stop, her boyfriend handed her what he claimed were drugs.

She hid them under her seat, believing the situation was real.

As the fake officers searched the vehicle and discovered the drugs, Shawty Bae was shocked and confused when she was blamed and subsequently arrested.

Despite the prank's comedic intention, Shawty Bae was visibly upset, especially when her boyfriend pretended to betray her by falsely claiming the drugs were hers.

The prank concluded shortly after her fake arrest, but Shawty Bae was understandably furious and stormed off, leaving her boyfriend to try and make amends.

The prank video has since gone viral on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, garnering millions of views.
