I competed in the ‘World Sex Championships’ that descended into a Fyre Festival-style farce, says star Marija Zadravec
A WOMAN who competed in the "World Sex Championships" revealed that it quickly descended into a Fyre Festival-style farce and has shared details of the "chaotic" event.
Marija Zadravec claimed she was crowned the most elite adult performer after completing the seedy tournament located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The racy competition was set to begin on June 8, with a reported 20 contestants from around a dozen nations competing for the title.
But the planned six-week event which aimed to determine the continent's most elite sex performers fell to pieces within days as it was reportedly riddled with problems.
The competition was eventually closed down and a battle between the organisers and contestants was sparked.
The Swedish Sex Federation - the organisation behind the tournament - has accused some participants of "disobeying the rules of the competition" by drinking booze and "consuming illegal psychoactive substances".
But several porn star competitors have since slammed it for a lack of hygiene and for not carrying out HIV checks.
But the self-professed winner, and Croatian adult film star Marija Zadravec, known by fans as Sweet Mary, has defended the organisers following her glorious "win".
Marija took to Twitter to share the news that she was leaving the competition while posting snaps from inside the Big Brother-style house.
Photos of the inside showed scantily-clad competitors lounging on sofas around a table covered with flags.

In another picture, Marija can be seen posing topless in front of a security camera while standing in front of a row of five beds.
Three other men can also be seen in the room with her, with one seeming to be asleep in the bed.
It has been reported that that the competition was the brain child of Dragan Bratic who owns several strip clubs in Sweden.
The competitors were set to be assessed across 16 categories in "bouts" spread out over a period of six weeks.
These included their abilities to massage, seduce, carry out sex acts, the appearance of their sexual organs, how many times they could orgasm and their skills in creative seductive poses.
Each bout was reportedly meant to last between 45 minutes to an hour for each category.
According to The Daily Star the female contestants were set to earn themselves a staggering £690 for each day they they stayed in the venue, and men were to earn £345 per day.
They also stated that the winner was promised £860,000.
But a number of participants have claimed there were issues from the beginning.
Contestants have complained that there was no hot water, no suitable sleeping arrangements and that the overall hygiene was not up to standard.
They have also accused the organisers of not carrying out checks for sexually transmitted diseases, and one video appeared to show Bratic lashing out at a Ukrainian competitor when she tried to live stream their conversation.
But Marija defended Bratic and the Swedish Sex Federation to a local Croatian daily newspaper.
She said that Bratic told her that based on the number of points she had racked up during the tournament, she was deemed the winner of the competition, and that this would soon be stated on the brand's website.
She also said her fee was paid every day she "spent in the house," and that her travel was also paid for.
The porn star also slammed claims by other competitors that hot water was not available, saying that while the water heater broke down in one room, it was fixed the following day, and that hot water was available in all other rooms.
She accused the other competitors that walked out of "taking revenge" on the organisers after claiming they had "agreed on everything".
Ukraine's participant, Talia Mint, uploaded a video from inside the house before she walked out, saying that she and the other entrants had been excited to be part of the "project".
But the 24-year-old's video appeared to show Bratic trying to grab her phone as she left the house.
She claimed in the clip that one competitor had been allowed to participate in the tournament without being tested for HIV.
"He refuses to pay me for my time and my work and now you have all the information about this project, I want to get compensation," she said.
It has been reported that the competition's organisers financial issues were sparked as not enough people were paying to watch the live-stream of the event.
But according to a post on Twitter from the Swedish Sex Federation, contestants were disqualified for a number of reasons.
They listed the reasons as: "Disobeying the rules of the competition and Swedish Sex Federation, damaging reputation of the Swedish Sex Federation, disrespecting organisation and representatives of the organisation, bringing and consuming illegal psychoactive substances and bringing and consuming alcohol.

"Request for payments without invoices which is against the Swedish law, and talking about fees during live stream broadcast," was also mentioned.
And Bratic defended his stance and told The Daily Star that the performers were not invited as porn actors, but as "contestants in the First European Sex Championship" and accused them of not acting like professional athletes.
