STEPHEN A. Smith went on a brutal live TV rant during a segment on First Take.

The fiery sports personality, 56, made the comments concerning Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green's recounting of his past remarks on a teammate.

Last seek, Green returned to participate in basketball activities after receiving an indefinite suspension for hitting Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the face during a game.

The four-time NBA champion took to his podcast on Monday and shared that he was "crushed" about Stephen A.'s comments about fellow teammate Steph Curry.

"Where’s the leadership? Where’s he at? What kind of impact is he having?" Smith asked last month.

Green addressed Stephen A.'s claims and said Curry "does everything the right way and yet he's being torn down" and was "crushed" about his words.

On Tuesday, alongside NFL icon and colleague Shannon Sharpe, Smith said that Green is "flagrantly wrong" but added that he has "profound respect for the brother" and that he's a believer of the four-time NBA All-Star.

However, the 56-year-old sent a message to the world in regards to his belief that others think he's shying away from responding to Green.

"This is Stephen A. baby. I'm not running from anybody," Smith said on First Take.

Stephen A. then called out unnamed outlets who he believes have quoted him incorrectly about Green.

"If somebody is going to misquote me, usually I'm going to make an effort to set the record straight," he said.

Smith was alluding to media outlets who he believes quoted him of saying that Curry was a bad leader.

He also called out media members who are "fat bastards" who "deserve to be ignored."

But the 56-year-old then sent a message to media members who he deems "credible enough."

"I want to make sure the people out there who have their podcasts and have your platforms, if you're credible enough and if I choose to care enough, I'll respond [to[ anything," Stephen A. said.

"All I ask is that if you're going to come at me, could you at least quote me accurately and contextualize accurately.

"That's all I ask.

"Cause I certainly try to do it every time I'm on the airwaves."

Sharpe seemingly agreed with Smith's rant, and said "I got nothing to add my brother."

Green won't return to game action for at least a week as the 33-year-old works his way into NBA shape.

Golden State is 7-6 in Green's absence and are just No. 11 in the Western Conference with a 17-19 record.
