Titled "Gold Zone," the broadcast will follow a similar format to RedZone, going back and forth between the different events taking place at the Paris Olympics.

"Proud to announce I’ll be joining the @NBCSports Team for the Paris Olympics," Hanson tweeted.

"'Gold Zone' on @peacock coming in July!"

The special broadcast will run for two weeks from July 27 to August 10 from 7 am to 5 pm ET.

“With up to 40 events happening simultaneously during the Paris Olympic Games, Gold Zone will present viewers with the best and most compelling moments happening at any time,” NBC Sports said in a statement.

“Gold Zone’s daily offering will provide viewers with the most comprehensive and all-encompassing live whip-around coverage of any Olympic Games to date.”

Gold Zone isn't an entirely new feature, as it appeared at the Sochi and Rio Di Janeiro Olympics in 2014 and 2016 respectively.

Siciliano hosted those two iterations of Gold Zone, but after eight years it will be getting the expertise of Hanson who has whipped back and forth between games every week for years.

Hanson has hosted NFL RedZone since 2005 and fans are beyond excited to see him working at the Olympics.

"I can see it now: '500 HOURS OF COMMERCIAL-FREE OLYMPICS START NOW!'" one fan said.

"If I can watch the Red zone version of the Olympics. I will pay any amount of money," another fan said.

"The Olympics just got a little bit better," a third fan said.

"Witching Hour at the Olympics is about to be crazy," a fourth fan said.

The first games of the Paris Olympics officially kick off on July 24.
