Upon announcing his retirement, the six-time First Team All-Pro center admitted he was uncertain what the future held for him.

But according to The Miz, one potential option could be the WWE, as per an interview with TMZ.

The two-time WWE Champion, who is friends with Jason's brother and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis, admitted that when playing golf with the tight end, he had asked him, "When are you coming to WWE? When are you coming to WrestleMania?"

With WrestleMania 40 bound for Philadelphia on April 6 and 7, The Miz felt an appearance by Jason at the event would be "a home run."

"But who knows?" he added. "He has retired, he might just want to relax and chill out. Or - he'd like to come to Philadelphia."

Should Jason decide to make an appearance at the Lincoln Financial Field, it seems he has a top-tier trainer waiting for his call.

"Hell yeah!" The Miz responded when asked if he'd train Jason.

"Train him into a superstar! As big of a superstar as he is in the NFL, we'll make him as big of a superstar in the WWE!"

The Miz explained how he felt Jason "could be very dangerous in a WWE ring - not only with just the athleticism and the part of the wrestling, which I think he can absolutely do.

"I watched him jump up at a [Buffalo] Bills game from, like, down and jump up into a window, and I was like, 'Oh my God, this guy is 300 pounds, how did he do that? That’s incredible.'"

The incident in question occurred during the Chiefs' Divisional Round playoff win against the Bills in Buffalo on January 21.

Following a touchdown by Travis, Jason stripped off his shirt and screamed out in joy with a beer in hand.

He then jumped out of their executive suite's window to celebrate with fans in the stand, chugged his beer, and then hopped back into the suite.

This clearly left an impression on The Miz, who also felt Jason's inherent athleticism and charisma would lend themselves well to the wrestling ring.

"The ability to talk on a microphone and be captivating and innovative is something I think he has a knack for," he said.

"Whatever Jason Kelce wants to do, whether it is come to WWE for WrestleMania, wink, or do something in podcasting, which he already is he has the number one podcast in the world, or if you wanna just do something with the NFL, I mean anything, coaching, whatever he wants to do, I think the world is his oyster."

But this isn't the first time The Miz has teased a move for Jason into the WWE.

In December 2023, he told TMZ, "Jason Kelce, maybe he retires after this year, and then what better way to go out than with a match at WrestleMania?"

As for the prospect of Jason and Travis becoming a tag team, The Miz responded, "They could if they wanted to be."

And Travis is clearly on board with getting involved in the WWE world at some point, telling TMZ in April 2023, "I gotta get involved somehow someway."
