Travis has made no secret of his desire to step into the entertainment world once his stellar NFL career draws to a close, having made an appearance on Saturday Night Live last year as well as working as an executive producer on the film My Dead Friend Zoe.

The 34-year-old has already been getting a taste of life on the red carpet as he continues his romance with singing mega-star Taylor Swift.

But the insider says plans are in motion for both Kelce brothers to work on a light-hearted action movie with "many humorous moments" and a tasty $100 million budget.

The U.S. Sun understands the talks have been very productive, with Hollywood producers confident the duo are "the best guys" to see their idea become a smash hit on the silver screen.

"Their natural and funny personalities would be great to be part of a movie project," said the source.

With his relationship with Swift thrusting Travis into the mainstream and his New Heights podcast continuing to bring in huge numbers, a move into show business appears the obvious move.

Jason, as revealed by The U.S. Sun, has impressed TV executives and is mulling over offers to become a pundit next season after tearfully hanging up his cleats earlier this year.

"What else are you going to do?" joked the Terminator star. "You guys are out there now... you started this two years ago, this podcast. It's going through the roof, everyone talks about it. It's fantastic. Two brothers, how great is that? Two brothers work together, play off each other."
