Nicknamed Megatron, the star receiver went on to be named a First-team All-Pro three times and a Pro Bowler six times during his nine-year career.

Appearing on FanDuel TV's Up And Adams, Johnson was asked if he could recall which players he compared himself to when asked before being drafted.

"I don't remember exactly what I said," Johnson admitted.

"But I know at the time how I was looking at guys and how I wanted to put different pieces from everybody's game into my game.

"So I was looking at Randy [Moss]. I wanna make plays like Randy.

"You wanna be durable like [Terrell Owens]. You wanna be consistent like a Marvin Harrison. You wanted to be a bruiser like Hines Ward.

"And try and put all of those things in one package."

Adams loved this response, commenting, "And that's how you're Megatron!"

This exchange quickly made its way to the show's X account, formerly known as Twitter, where it was captioned, "No wonder why they called him 'Megatron.'"

Adams reshared the clip, adding, "Megatron is the coolest."
