Travis Kelce reveals reasons for his mystery absence from Kansas City Chiefs practice after holiday with Taylor Swift
Tight end threw a massive rager at Kelce Jam last weekend
TRAVIS Kelce has opened up on why he was missing from most of the Kansas City Chiefs' practices this week.
The legendary tight end returned to Kansas City from his holiday with girlfriend Taylor Swift, 34, in plenty of time for OTAs.

He then partied with Lil' Wayne, 2 Chainz and Diplo in the second edition of his music festival Kelce Jam.
Kelce, 34, was on the field Monday but by Wednesday questions were being asked about his absence.
And the Chiefs superstar explained that he only turned up on Monday to show his face after his "rager".
"I wanted to make sure that I showed my face [at practice] after Kelce Jam," he told brother Jason on their New Heights podcast.

"It felt really weird, not showing my face and throwing an absolute rager of a party for Kansas City two days before so I made sure I popped my head in.
"I got to say hello to the gang. I got to meet a lot of the rookies for the first time.
"A lot of the new players that we signed, and it was just good to get back in the building and on the practice field.
"It was offense versus defense. On a few occasions, it was seven on and then we did a little bit of team.

"It just feels good to you know get back on the bike and start riding around again man, it was fun to get around the guys."
The Chiefs are looking to add another crown to their back-to-back Super Bowl triumphs and complete a three-peat.

And Kelce thinks the signs are good from what he saw earlier this week.
"I don't want to get anybody excited right now but we look like a fine-tuned athletic machine right now," he added.
"I'm not gonna lie man guys are flying in."
The Chiefs added Hollywood Brown over the postseason.
The former Arizona Cardinal brings plenty of speed for Patrick Mahomes to work with.

Travis Kelce has three Super Bowl rings - and a psychic matchmaker reckons he could soon add an engagement ring.
Speaking to The U.S. Sun, the psychic claimed Kelce will soon propose to music megastar girlfriend Taylor Swift.
But she also predicted both would eventually be married twice.
“The stars are aligned for these two at the moment,” Deborah Graham told The U.S. Sun.
“I see the relationship moving forward, and I see it moving towards that next level.
“The difficulty is that I see two life paths for them and two rings - I see two marriages there for both of them."
"It was cool to see for the first time Hollywood Brown go against the defense in a Chiefs helmet," Kelce said.
"See Pat [Mahomes] throw the ball to him. See my guy Jared Wiley in the tight end room.
"See how he feels, defenses and runs routes and just kind of picking his brain and seeing where he's at.

"And then on top of that, man, it's just always a fun time seeing Pat Mahomes throwing the ball around in a seven on seven, man.
"So, it's a whole lot of fun. Meeting all the rookies and getting everybody back acclimated into the football world. It's always good."
