And according to Sky Sports, there could be a flurry of activity before the end of the financial year in what is being called a mini deadline day.
We take a look at the five clubs and pick 10 star players who could be on the move.
Newcastle
The Magpies are braced for £100million bids from Arsenal and Tottenham for ALEXANDER ISAK.
Toon boss Eddie Howe is adamant his star striker, 24, is not for sale.
But Premier League rivals are circling and could try to make an offer they can't refuse.

United and Arsenal have also been linked with the playmaker as they look to bolster their options in midfield.

Forest are not out of the woods despite flogging Brennan Johnson to Tottenham and face another points deduction if they do not act.
Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly locked in a six-way tussle for star MURILLO.
The gifted Brazilian defender has been a real bright point for Forest and they will be able to demand far more than the £12m they paid for him a year ago.
Liverpool, Newcastle,Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are also keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.
