And according to Sky Sports, there could be a flurry of activity before the end of the financial year in what is being called a mini deadline day.

We take a look at the five clubs and pick 10 star players who could be on the move.

Newcastle

The Magpies are braced for £100million bids from Arsenal and Tottenham for ALEXANDER ISAK.

Toon boss Eddie Howe is adamant his star striker, 24, is not for sale.

But Premier League rivals are circling and could try to make an offer they can't refuse.

Another high-value star on the books is BRUNO GUIMARAES, 26.

The Gunners are also keen on the Brazilian - who has a £100m release clause - but could face competition from Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.

There is a belief that Toon chiefs could sanction a sale for a lower figure and cash in on a man they bought for £40m in 2022.

Newcastle will hope they can recoup enough money from selling the likes of Callum Wilson, Sean Longstaff and Miguel Almiron but could be forced into letting a key figure depart.

Everton

Manchester United have been linked with a £75m raid for centre-back JARRAD BRATHWAITE.

The defender, 21, missed out on the England squad for Euro 2024 which opens the door for clubs to make an approach.

But Everton will not sell him on the cheap and there have been claims that Sir Jim Ratcliffe has been put off by the asking price.

Toffees chiefs are keen to sell £50m-rated midfielder AMADOU ONANA, 22, overseas.

United and Arsenal have also been linked with the playmaker as they look to bolster their options in midfield.
