CRISTIANO RONALDO has officially played his last Euros match as Portugal have gone crashing out of the competition at the hands of France.
Ronaldo, 39, did score his penalty in what turned out to be a thrilling shootout.
But Joao Felix missing his spot-kick ultimately helped Les Blues set up a semi-final clash against Spain.

France move into semi-finals
Les Bleus will face Spain in the Euro 2024 semi-finals.

Didier Deschamps' dream of becoming the first person to win the Euros both as a player and as a manager continues.
They were probably second best over the course of the 120 minutes but showed their grit in the penalty shootout.
