KEVIN Durant's height has long been one of the mysteries of the NBA.

The Team USA star has been listed at both 6-foot-10 and 6-foot-11 during his illustrious career.

But many fans believe that Durant is even taller after recently being photographed next to Joel Embiid, Anthony Davis and Bam Adebayo for a photoshoot.

In a viral video, Durant looked as tall as Embiid and taller than Davis, who are listed at 7-foot and 6-foot-11 respectively.

But the Phoenix Suns forward has rejected the suggestion that he is over seven foot – and is actually 6-foot-9.

The issue was addressed on a recent episode of the Up and Adams podcast.

"How tall are you," host Kay Adams asks Durant.

"Why?" Durant himself asks.

"Because there is some huge controversy about you being a lot taller than 6-foot-10 with this Team USA photoshoot that happened. Have you seen this?" Adams replied.

Durant then hilariously called out his Team USA teammates for being shorter than their listed heights.

"I guess those guys might be shorter than what their numbers say. I'm 6-foot-9 though," Durant said.

"So it looks like Bam Adebayo is 6-foot-8 instead of 6-foot-10 and AD [Davis] is probably 6-foot-9 you know.

NBA fans are stunned by clip of Steph Curry and LeBron James struggling as Lakers star admits it's not 'really my thing'

"So they're adding a little more to their height while I'm keeping mine at the same.

"I'm not lying about my height."

Adams continued to probe on the matter.

"You look just as tall as Embiid and he's listed at seven feet so you're saying those guys are all lying?" Adams continues.

"Embiid is not seven feet," Durant says.

Adams then questioned whether Durant was over seven foot.

"I just thought maybe you're 7-foot-2 and you've been lying this whole time," Adams says.

"Na. You've seen me before, do I look 7-foot-2?" Durant asks.

"I couldn't tell as you were sitting," Adams replied.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama's meeting with the Team USA basketball team has gone viral - for resembling an iconic Key & Peele skit.

The former US president personally greeted players including LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Durant ahead of their journey to Europe.

viral video of Obama's meet-and-greet saw him individually address each down a line.

He hugged and gave multi-layered handshakes to a number of players, invigorating memories amongst fans of a Key & Peele skit from 2014.
