Andrews joined fellow NFL reporter Charissa Thompson on their podcast Calm Down to discuss the divisive claim.

Last month, ESPN published a controversial survey of 80 anonymous NFL coaches, scouts, and executives.

Within it, one executive didn't hold back against Allen as they discussed his potential as one of the top 10 QBs in the league.

"Allen’s 47 interceptions since 2020 are the most in the NFL," the veteran executive said, via ESPN.

"[He is] one of the more overrated players in the NFL. Immense talent but he makes a lot of mistakes.

"He’s underdeveloped at winning at the line of scrimmage, tends to lock on to targets, more of a thrower than precise passer, forces throws into traffic."

Andrews took it upon herself to call out the anonymous executive during her recent podcast episode.

"Like come on, if you’re gonna say something by that, say it with your chest. Take ownership," she fumed, via Awful Announcing.

"I’m afraid, so I’m gonna say something mean. It’s like Twitter. Shut up."

"Sources are funny, aren’t they?” Thompson added.

"I’ll leave that alone since I get in trouble for being too honest."

The controversial survey was released last month and was clearly read in the Bills facility.

Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane directly addressed the comments on July 24.

"I don’t know where to start. It’s frustrating," he said.

"If I was going to use rated, I would say underrated before I would say overrated.

"And I know I’m biased. He’s our guy, love him every single day."

Allen was the No. 7 overall pick for the Bills in 2018.

He has thrown for over 22,000 yards in the NFL and has a touchdown-interception ratio of 167–78.
