Steph Curry has message for Paris crowd in heroic 4th quarter of Olympic win as USA fans say ‘put it on the dollar bill’

Warriors and Team USA coach Steve Kerr opened up about Curry's heroics after the game

TEAM USA star Steph Curry had a message for the crowd in Paris while crushing France's gold medal hopes in the men's Olympic basketball final.

The Golden State Warriors star's late flurry of 3s proved crucial to the 98-87 victory, stopping the host nation's unexpected fourth-quarter resurgence.

France chased USA for the majority of Saturday's game with the Americans holding a lead for all but four minutes of play.

But the hosts stayed within reach while patiently chasing LeBron James and Co.

The Frenchmen put the pedal to the metal halfway through the fourth quarter, turning a double-digit deficit into a one-possession game.

With just over three minutes left on the clock, Victor Wembanyama collected an offensive rebound off his missed jumper for a putback dunk to reduce Team USA's lead to 82-79.

That's when Curry, 36, took over.

The 6-foot-2 guard put the game to bed knocking down all of his next four 3-point attempts.

After the second triple went down, taken off a stepback jumper that came after a pump fake, he took his mouthguard to deliver a message.

"Don't worry about me!" the sharpshooter shouted to the crowd, among which his Warriors teammate Draymond Green cheered on Team USA.

And American fans loved the moment.

"This should be put on the dollar bill," one wrote.

"That's the pressure that we face.

"But our players, and you saw Steph, they love the pressure. They appreciate this atmosphere.
