THE Miami Dolphins boasted one of the NFL's most explosive offenses last season.

And the league's new kickoff rules could have added another weapon to head coach Mike McDaniel's arsenal.

Wide receiver Braxton Berrios, who was an All-Pro kick returner with the New York Jets in 2021, sat down with Kay Adams in training camp.

"I'm so excited about the receiver room," he said on his Up & Adams appearance,

"Obviously we added a few guys and the room is so close as it is, learning from those guys.

"I think we'll be able to spread the ball around pretty evenly."

"What if Tyreek (Hill) wants in on that return game?" Adams asked.

"What if? I guess we'll find out. I can share. I'd share with 'Reek," Berrios replied.

Adams posted a clip of their chat referencing the possibility of pairing Berrios with Hill - an All-Pro punt returner in 2016 with the Kansas City Chiefs.

"2 all-pro returners back there with the new rules??? It’s Miami’s world and we’re all living in it," she posted on X.

Hill has said he could beat Team USA sprinter Noah Lyles in a race.

The NFL star also cast doubt that the Olympic gold medalist in the 100-meter dash came down with Covid before finishing third in the 200-meters at the Paris Olympics.

Hill, 30, made the audacious claim as he talked about Lyles' infamous world champions comments in an interview with Adams on Monday.

Last year, the track and field star questioned whether NBA title winners should call themselves the champions of the world after a triumph in a domestic competition.

"Noah Lyles can't say nothing after what just happened to him," Hill said.

"Then, he wants to come out and pretend like he’s sick. I feel like that’s horseradish.

Kay Adams' career rise

Kay Adams is a fantasy football expert who shot to fame as the host of Good Morning Football in New York City for six years.

Having previously hosted fantasy-based shows, Adams took on the role of GMFB presenter when it launched in 2016.

And, along with Nate Burleson, Kyle Brandt, and Peter Schrager, she helped make that show one of the best in sports.

Adams left GMFB to pursue new ventures in 2022.

She relocated to Los Angeles and linked up with FanDuel to start a self-titled show - Up and Adams.

Her latest program airs on weekdays at 11 am ET, sometimes from special locations such as the Super Bowl or Kentucky Derby.

"For him to do that and say that we're not world champions of our sport? Come on, bruh.

"Just speak on what you know about. And that’s track."

Adams then asked Hill whether he would consider challenging Lyles to a race once he's back from Paris.

"I'd beat Noah Lyles," the Dolphins wideout responded.

Hill said the race would likely be close but insisted he would beat the Virginia native.

"And guess what," he continued.
