First Take fans beg Molly Qerim, Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe to return as they slam ‘boringness’ episode
However, those same First Take fans will be in for some luck on Wednesday's show
FIRST Take fans weren't pleased with the first episode of three SportsCenter takeover shows.
TV viewers were frustrated that neither Molly Qerim, Stephen A. Smith nor Shannon Sharpe appeared on Tuesday's program.

First Take usually features Stephen A. and Qerim on the show but both have enjoyed off-days throughout the summer.
The NFL icon Sharpe appears on First Take on Mondays and Tuesdays but hasn't worked since the beginning of July.
Tuesday's show was the start of a three-day takeover event involving SportsCenter's anchors.
Fans got to watch SportsCenter's talent share their opinions on the debate program.

Host Christine Williamson filled in for Qerim as she was joined by SportsCenter anchors Matt Barrie and Shae Cornette.
However, fans were disappointed with the cast and have requested for Qerim, Smith, and Sharpe to go "back to work" on the social media platform X.
"Show hasn't been the same without Smith," one wrote.
"Aight now, Everybody can't go on vacation at the same time. GET y'all butts back to work. This may be the most boringness Episode to date. Lawd how mercy," another commented.

Fans will be in some luck for Wednesday and Thursday's First Take programs.
Qerim will return and host both days.
Fiery personality Chris "Mad Dog" Russo will also join the show on Wednesday.
SC anchor Elle Duncan will appear on the Wednesday First Take program and Randy Scott, Gary Striewski, Nicole Briscoe, and Michael Eaves will be part of the Thursday show.

Stephen A. will not appear on either of the days.
Fans won't have to wait too long to see the star back in action.
Smith and Qerim will be part of a First Take program at the Fanatics Fest in New York City on Friday.

Russo, NFL analyst Ryan Clark, and other sports icons and celebrities will appear on the special show.
