Kelce and Dunne are both ambassadors for Accelerator energy drinks, and they both held cans of the drink in their hands while telling their stories.

The 34-year-old tight end went first to talk about a college coach of his.

"I think everybody has that desire to keep getting better but you gotta do things to really fuel that fire and that energy and that love that you have for the things that you do.

"You know I just... every single day I try and find another nugget of gold to keep my competitive edge, and to just keep me going forward and ironically, accelerating through life."

Dunne had plenty of advice for listeners too, despite being 13 years younger than Kelce.

She based her words around the motto "you're more than your sport."

"There are not a lot of professional leagues for women's sports after college and I just think that recognizing that you are more than your sport is super important. I'm pretty sure my mom told that to me," Dunne said.

"I mean every now and then its just good to flip the page and start fresh."

Kelce loved the advice from Dunne's mom, shouting "nice mom" during Dunne's speech.

"Yeah shoutout mom," Dunne said.

"But yeah that really stuck with me."

Kelce offered a different perspective afterwards, saying that he doesn't have very many bad days.
