‘I can’t give too much away’ says Rio Ferdinand as Man Utd legend hints at when Cristiano Ronaldo will retire

RIO FERDINAND has hinted at when Cristiano Ronaldo will finally hang up his boots for the last time.
The Portuguese superstar is currently playing his football in Saudi Arabia with Al-Nassr.

Ronaldo, 39, has often claimed that he is aiming to continue playing into his forties.
His son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, has also vowed to play with his dad at least once.
The 14-year-old is currently in Al-Nassr academy having signed for the club last October.
Ferdinand has now hinted at Ronaldo's future and claimed that the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is not going anywhere soon.

He said on social media: "I can’t give too much away, but I’ve been doing a few bits with Cristiano behind the scenes and he’s playing as long as he wants.
"He ain’t going nowhere. And I was gobsmacked.
"And listen, you’ll see it in time, but minimum three years I think he plays for again."
Ronaldo is currently in the last year of his contract with Al-Nassr and no extension has been agreed yet.
