Premier League boss admits his ENTIRE squad are up for sale with club takeover in total limbo
The Toffees could be forced into selling some key players
SEAN DYCHE revealed that every one of his players is still for sale at the right price with Everton stuck in takeover limbo.
That admission will give Manchester United hope of landing Jarrad Branthwaite after two bids failed to reach the asking price of £70million.

The Toffees have so far made a profit of just under £30m in this summer’s transfer window to cut costs after last season’s seven-point Prem deductions of breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules.
Amadou Onana was the costliest departure at £50m to Aston Villa.
But despite spending £41m on new recruits himself, Dyche knows that until beleaguered majority owner Farhad Moshiri finds a buyer for the club his whole squad is at risk.
A major worry is No 1 striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who is in the last year of his contract, and Dyche says if an offer came in that matched the Toffees’ valuation “it would be a challenge” not to turn it down.

The Everton boss stressed: “It was the same with Onana — it was ‘get it done, that’s it’.
“It’s not just about the players mentioned, it’s about any player.
“There’s a bigger picture at this club, that’s obvious, for they do need to balance the finances better.”
Bids by 777 Partners and Roma owner Dan Friedkin collapsed while Vici Private Finance, funded by cash–rich American billionaires, are still interested.

And reports yesterday claimed Crystal Palace shareholder John Textor was after Moshiri’s majority stake in Everton.
The American businessman holds a 45 per cent stake in Palace, but Prem rules forbid the ownership of two clubs in the same division.

It means Textor would have to sell his stake in Palace before he can purchase the Toffees.
Dyche added: “To lower the wage bill on the playing side, we’ve done a pretty fair job.
“But the bigger picture at the club is dependent on what money is needed at any given time. Right now it’s fingers crossed over any takeover.
“It was once a buying club and now it’s not, so now it is development and bringing it all together in a package that suits the club, which can be a hard task.
“From my point, it is looking at the players’ development. From the club’s point of view it is managing the finances — and for the fans it is getting as many points as possible.”
