What has Tyreek Hill said about the incident?

The NFL player was quick to address the incident after the game against Jacksonville Jaguars, which the Dolphins won

In an interview with CBS, Hill said: "Little did I know there was quite a surprise on the way man but you know what at the end of the day dawg I got a job to do.

He added: "I loved that, I was f***ing fired up.

"Right there in the heat of the battle man, it's more than about football, the brotherhood that we got, outside of just football is amazing.

"Those dudes were really risking their lives for me.

"Shout out to everybody, shout out to my mum too."

The interviewer then asked what actually happened earlier that morning.

Hill said: "You know what I am not going to comment on any of that man, we just gonna let bygones be bygones and move on and learn from it."

Throughout the game, Hill made another reference to his arrest.

After scoring an 80-yard touchdown in Miami's win over their Florida rivals, the player celebrated by holding his hands behind his back as if he was being arrested.

He also went on to post a cryptic message on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Hill wrote: "When you him nothing can stop you."

Drew Rosenhaus, Hill's agent, also expressed his concern over the "heartbreaking situation" on ESPN.

He said: "Obviously I love Tyreek and hated to see him in that situation.

"Number one, he's OK. Number two, he's going to play today. Number three, apparently he got a ticket for a moving violation entering the stadium.

"How things escalated into the situation where he was in handcuffs and held on the ground is mind-boggling.

"I'm deeply concerned by that. I'm very troubled.

"We will be investigating this and looking out for Tyreek, but I'm not going to make any allegations at this time.

"The most important thing is Tyreek is OK physically, mentally he was very distraught about what happened.

"This is crazy, I've never seen anything like this.

"The police stopped him, took him out of the car and at that point got rough with him."
