CRISTIANO RONALDO proved white men can jump with his incredible header - and now he's teaching Novak Djokovic how to do likewise.

The Juventus superstar, 34, and 16-time Grand Slam winner Djokovic, 32, got together for a workout.

And Ronaldo seemed to waste no time in showing the reigning Australian Open and Wimbledon champ how to leap for the stars.

It was against Sampdoria earlier this month that the Portuguese icon seemed to defy gravity with his mesmerising 8ft 5in header.

Slow motion replays showed him lingering in the air - and he remained airborne for a total of 1.5 seconds.

It prompted Sampdoria boss Claudio Ranieri to proclaim what Ronaldo did was "something that you see in the NBA".

But it turns out it can be done in a regular gym too, with Ronaldo showing Djokovic exactly how.

It's not clear where the video took place - Ronaldo spent Christmas on the beach - but the former Real Madrid and Manchester United star wrote alongside the clip: "Teaching @djokernole how to jump! Was a pleasure to see you and train with you my friend!"

In the video, the pair of sporting heroes are shown lining up next to each other with Ronaldo encouraging his friend by saying: "Come on."

They both then run forward trying to touch a rope hanging in the hair with their heads.

It's not clear how close they come at the first attempt so they try it again and succeed.

Although it must be said that the portion of the rope Ronaldo heads is much higher than where Djoko connects.

SunSport told you about the amazing lengths Ronaldo goes to to remain in peak physical shape - and allow him to pull off the amazing.

Don't forget, it was just last season he scored a jaw-dropping 7ft 7in overhead kick against old club Real.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner has claimed in the past that he has a "biological age of 23" and wants to continue playing into his 40s.
