WWE star Edge’s incredible body transformation after returning nine years following his forced retirement

WWE legend Edge is looking in incredible shape as he continues to shine after coming out of retirement.

The Rated R superstar - real name Adam Copeland - was forced to call time on his wrestling career in 2011 after suffering a number of serious neck injuries.

But the Hall of Famer stunned the wrestling universe two years ago as he made his shock comeback at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas.

He then came in at No21 in the Royal Rumble to a huge ovation, before setting up a feud with Randy Orton on Monday Night RAW.

But it was the 48-year-old's astonishing physique that had TV viewers talking, as he showed off ripped abs and hulking arms.

And the eleven-time WWE Champion remains in great shape as he continues to wow fans on Raw.

The Canadian ace, who has two children with wife Beth Phoenix, faced The Miz and Maryse alongside his partner in a mixed tag team match earlier this year at Royal Rumble.

He didn't compete in the Men's Royal Rumble which he incredibly won last year.

Edge started in the ring as the very first entrant before outlasting 28 other contenders to win his second Rumble after his 2010 triumph.

The Raw star eliminated Randy Orton to win, with the Viper starting alongside him at the start.

His victory saw him headline WrestleMania 37 where he challenged for the Universal Championship.

However, Edge lost to title-holder Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat Match, which also included Bryan Danielson.

Matt Hardy revealed last September how Edge would have joined him at All Elite Wrestling if WWE never cleared him to return to the ring.

Hardy told POST Wrestling: “That was one of those things, too. I think if [WWE] hadn’t have cleared Edge and let him wrestle, he was going to end up at AEW.

“So they kind of had to go, ‘Oh. If we don’t want him to go, we got to let him have his way.’"
