COMING FUR YOU

Ruiz Jr claims he’d be perfect boxer to beat Tyson Fury because of his speed and size as he targets him after Joshua

ANDY RUIZ JR wants to take on Tyson Fury after his rematch with Anthony Joshua on December 7.

The Mexican champion reckons he would cause the Gypsy King problems in the ring because of his size, speed and movement.

Fury claimed he could beat the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO title holder with just one hand by "jabbing the nut" off him.

But Ruiz, who has shown off his incredible body transformation, has had his sights set on Fury for the past seven years.

When quizzed about when his desire to fight Fury started, he told iFL TV: "Seven years ago you know, because he was the one that was top of the game you know.

"Everybody was scared to fight him because he was big, long, difficult.

"But it is true with my style, I make every style difficult because of my speed, the movement and I'm because I'm short.

"So I think me and Tyson Fury would be a really good fight after my fight on December 7th."

Ruiz also gave the Gypsy King some advice after his WWE debut victory over Braun Strowman.

He said: "I think that's a good opportunity for him you know because boxing's not forever, so if he wants to go that route and continue to another career I think that's good for him, you know.

"I don't really have a bad thing to say about him even though he talks crap about everybody else.

"I'm a humble guy, I treat everybody the same.

"Tyson Fury, I think that's a good move for him.

"Just don't stay away too long from boxing because all the timing, all that might be a little different when he goes back inside the ring."

Ruiz revealed last month that he has rejected the chance to make an appearance in the wrestling ring.

Fury, 31, is set to appear in the WWE again this week on SmackDown and has agreed to fight Francis Ngannou in the octagon when he's "done with boxing".

But he has confirmed that he will face American heavyweight Wilder for the second time in February.
