The Scottish Warrior defeated the American grappler but it was one incident that grabbed the headlines following their bout in Jeddah.

The two-time world champion hoisted Moss over his shoulders to deliver an inverted Alabama Slam.

But the 32-year-old landed on his head and neck on the canvas, which shocked the fans watching from the stands and back home.

Moss' partner Happy Corbin, who was watching from ringside, immediately pulled the heavyweight from the ring to check on his wellbeing.

But it seems like the former NXT star didn't suffer anything serious as he continued the fight until the final bell, which saw McIntyre winning after delivering his Claymore finisher.

This wasn't the only incident involving an injury at Elimination Chamber as Bobby Lashley was removed from the main event.

Lashley was supposed to defend his WWE Championship in the men's Elimination Chamber Match but was taken off during the bout.

That was after being part of a spot that saw Seth Rollins slamming Austin Theory with a Buckle Bomb through the former MMA star's pod.

WWE claimed the four-time world champion entered their concussion protocol after the incident.

But reports later indicated that the 45-year-old American picked up a shoulder injury during his WWE Championship Match against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble.

The All Mighty requires surgery and is set to be out of action for four months.

That means the ex-Bellator fighter won't be fit for WrestleMania 38 this April.
