Classy Josh Adams gives man of the match award over to Italy’s Ange Capuozzo at full-time following Six Nations heroics
WALES winger Josh Adams showed touching sportsmanship to pass his man of the match award from Wales' Six Nations Clash against Italy to Ange Capuozzo.
Adams, 26, had initially been crowned player of the match after scoring a stunning try at Cardiff's Principality Stadium and landing a try-saving tackle on Monty Ioane.
But a last-gasp try from Edoardo Padovani saw Italy record an incredible 22-21 win - their first Six Nations triumph in 36 GAMES.
Padovani's score was made entirely by Capuozzo after some stunning build-up play by the 22-year-old full-back.
He left almost the entire Welsh team for dead before passing to Padovani to cross the line at the death.
And his assist was worthy of the man of the match award in the eyes of Adams.

As Capuozzo took in applause from the crowd at full time, Adams ran over and classily handed over his man of the match medal in a touching gesture.
Capuozzo, draped in an Italian flag, looked visibly emotional as Adams insisted he took the medal.
The pair then embraced after a hard fought 80 minutes in which both teams left everything on the pitch.
Italy's players were reduced to tears at the final whistle as Paolo Garbisi's conversion following Padovani's try earned a first Six Nations win since 2015.

The team were left in disbelief at the end of the match as emotional scenes ensued.
All of the players celebrated wildly, with some dropping to their knees, while others were reduced to tears.
And skipper Michele Lamaro even swore live on TV as he hailed Padovani's winning try as 'f***ing amazing'.
