Steph Curry injury latest as Golden State Warriors give update on NBA star after MRI scan on knee
STEPH Curry is yet to return from a knee strain, which has caused the Golden State Warriors star to miss two straight games.
Earlier this week, the nine-time NBA All-Star had an MRI scan on his right knee, which revealed no structural damage.
But Curry, 35, is still questionable to appear in Saturday's matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder, per the Warriors' injury report.
Golden State announced Wednesday that the point guard would be re-evaluated at some point later this week.
His status would depend on how he came out of practice on Friday, according to ESPN reporter Kendra Andrews.
Curry appeared to have hurt his knee after taking a hard fall in the fourth quarter of the 116-110 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 12.

The two-time NBA MVP averaged 30.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in the first 11 games of the 2023-24 season.
He shot 48.8% from the field and 44.6% for 3.
The Warriors will miss Gary Payton II against the Thunder, who left Thursday's loss to Oklahoma City with a left foot sprain.
They will also be without Draymond Green, who's serving a five-game suspension for his putting Timberwolves star Rudy Gobert in a headlock on Tuesday.

Green approached Gobert from behind after a wild multi-player brawl broke out less than two minutes into the clash, wrapped his arm around the French center's neck, and choked him for several seconds.
The officials ejected Golden State's defensive anchor as well as Klay Thompson and Minnesota's Jaden McDaniels after the altercation.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr initially defended his star, claiming the Timberwolves big man provoked Green.
Kerr changed his tune two days later, calling his conduct "inexcusable."
Kerr said: "Draymond has to find a way to not cross the line.
"I'm not talking about getting an ejection or getting a technical. I'm talking about a physical act of violence. That's inexcusable.
"So we have to do everything we can to give him the help and the assistance that he needs to be able to draw that distinction between being an incredible competitor, which he's always been – it's why he's in the position he is, it's why he's the player he is.
"But, he can't cross that line. And he crossed it the other night, for sure."

The Warriors will hope to snap their five-game losing streak when they face off with the Thunder again this weekend.
After taking six wins in the first eight games of the season, Golden State slipped to a 6-7 record.
