NBA fans claim Cole Anthony ‘holding back tears’ as Orlando Magic star unrecognizable with dramatic new look
NBA star Cole Anthony has debuted a new look that has fans laughing.
The Orlando Magic point guard hit the court with a dramatically different haircut on Saturday.
Anthony was known for his long dreads that stretched below his shoulders, but those are now gone.
Instead, Anthony repped a buzz cut, completely removing any evidence of his formerly long hair.
He also added a headband to round out his new look.
Fans were not thrilled with Anthony ditching the dreads and poked fun at him in the comments of an Instagram post.

"Bru holding back tears," one fan said.
"Gang lost a bet or something cuz ain’t no way," another comment said.
One comment even compared Anthony to the biblical legend Sampson.
"He boutta lose all his powers," the comment said.

Sampson had incredible strength, but his great power came from his long hair.
When his hair was cut, Sampson lost his strength and was captured by his enemies.
Anthony is in the midst of a strong season with the Magic, so hopefully his basketball talents didn't come only from his dreads.
In 32 games he is averaging 14.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists.
The Magic are having a breakout season after finishing the last four NBA seasons below .500.
They sit at 19-13 and are fourth in the Eastern Conference. They currently lead the Southeast Division.
