The site compared ticket prices, operating hours, the number of attractions and shows, food and parking costs, park size, crowd levels, and wait times for popular rides.

And the Six Flags in Queensbury, New York, has topped the list for the Six Flags theme park that offers the most value.

Each park was granted a score out of 100, with Six Flags Great Escape earning a winning 63.23/100.

"Six Flags Great Escape is this summer's top-rated theme park for families and thrill-seekers alike, boasting a value score of 63.23," the site explained.

The park is 351 acres with lots to do.

Their $69.99 ticket fee also grants access to 48 attractions, over ten shows, and character meet-and-greets.

Although add-ons like parking cost extra — a whopping $35, in fact — the park was able to make up for it in other ways.

Their cheeseburger meal plan is $20.99, making it the cheapest one of all the parks.

Visitors, however, can expect hefty wait times on lines for well-attended rides.

"Despite average August crowd levels of 39%, the park's most popular attraction, the Swan Boats, often requires a 53-minute wait," the site added.

SECOND PLACE: HEAD NORTH

In second place is Montreal, Canada's La Ronde, which earned a score of 60.69.

The park is only 146 acres but has "exception value," according to the site, with 10.5-hour operating days and a $49.99 admission fee.

"Despite its size, La Ronde provides 36 attractions and enjoys relatively low August crowds of 36%," the site said.

NUMBER THREE IS DOWN SOUTH

In third is Six Flags Over Georgia, which earned a score of 59.32 thanks to its high ride numbers and equally as high ticket prices.

"For a $79.99 admission fee, it operates nine hours daily and includes six shows and character meet-and-greets," the site said.
