THE View's Sunny Hostin has slammed the show's producer for not allowing her to miss work to attend an important event.

The exchange between Sunny and executive producer Brian Teta happened on Monday's installment of the show's podcast, The View: Behind the Table.

During the episode, Sunny, 54, discussed several close relationships she has with well-known names in the industry, including TV host Joy-Ann Reid, who appeared on The View that day.

She revealed that her friends and other close gal pals go on at least two vacations a year together.

However, their plans for their latest trip were changed, which Sunny claimed was due to Brian forbidding her from skipping her hosting duties on the morning program.

"Every year. We try to go twice a year. You didn't let me go to Paris with them, but that's another story," Sunny said, calling out her colleague.

"Yeah, well, you know, you have a job," Brian replied with a chuckle.

"They did go to Paris without me. That's the first trip I missed, thank you," Sunny sarcastically said.

HOSTS' REQUESTS

"We miss you when you're gone, Sunny," the producer responded, referring to her co-hosts, Whoopi Goldberg, 68; Sara Haines, 46; Joy Behar, 81; Ana Navarro, 51; and Alyssa Farah Griffin, 34.

"Thank you, Brian, for not giving me the time off. So I did miss that trip, but generally, it's two times a year. Now they said because of Brian, we're going to only try to do our trips during View times; thank you," Sunny stated, seemingly still annoyed by the situation.

Joy also tried to wager some time off from Brian and asked during a live show last month if she could take a nine-month break.

Brian just smiled at Joy, though he didn't appear to consider her request.

It was hardly the only time that The View ladies have clashed with Brian on the show.

NOT STANDING FOR IT

In an October podcast episode, Sunny lashed out at Brian for his "rude" behavior when cameras were rolling.

She referenced when the producer played music to signal to the hosts that it was time to cut to a commercial break, which he does for every episode.

"I don't like when you play the music, I think it's rude," Sunny snapped.

She then defended her fellow co-host, Whoopi, stating that someone with an EmmyGrammyOscar, and Tony Award under their belt shouldn't be rushed off camera.

"Whoopi is an EGOT, and you're playing her off like it's the Oscars," the mom of two said, again adding that his actions were "rude."

"Like I've said several times, time is both finite and linear, and I'm the only one who seems to understand that," Brian fought back.

Sunny further emphasized her point, saying, "I just think it's rude, you don't do that to Whoopi or Joy [Behar]. Rude."

In the end, Brian confessed that he ultimately "enjoyed the smirk on Whoopi's face."
