Abbott Elementary fans spot ‘crazy’ detail after star reveals she did not film with Bradley Cooper during his cameo

ABBOTT Elementary had caused fans to spot a crazy detail during Bradley Cooper's unexpected cameo.
In February, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor guest-starred in an episode of the popular ABC sitcom.

In the installment, Bradley, 49, visited the Abbott Elementary school because he was pals with one of the students.
The actor-turned-director took a selfie with the ensemble cast, including co-stars Quinta Brunson, 34, and Sheryl Lee Ralph, 57.
However, in a video interview with Variety, Sheryl revealed she did not film the scene with the Maestro filmmaker.
On Saturday, she spoke with the outlet at the Hulu on Disney+ red carpet event.

"You don't believe me. I was nowhere near the room," Sheryl claimed.
"I was in New York doing press."
"They had a woman dress up just like me. And through the magic of editing and TV, it looks like I was in the room," Sheryl continued.
"I was stunned when I saw it."

"But guess what? [Bradley] and I had a great conversation at the SAG [Screen Actor's Guild] awards," she went on.
"He said I missed you, but I got your video. Because I sent him a special video since I wouldn't be there."

"And he said, 'Thank you for the love.' And I said: 'You're welcome," Sheryl concluded.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and mentioned that the show's makeup/special effects team should get an award for that particular scene.
"[Sheryl] wasn’t in the room!? Abbott Elementary, your Vfx Emmy is coming." one said.
"That's impressive," another noted.

NO NEW EPISODES?
Meanwhile, viewers are upset over the comedy's drastic schedule change.
In late March, Abbott Elementary, The Conners, and Not Dead Yet faced a major shakeup and went on hiatus.
No new episodes of the ABC programs will air on Wednesday nights for multiple weeks.
ABC will air reruns instead during the break.
