Voice louisiana - 1

Louisiana singers Karen Waldrup, left, and Zoe Levert have made it to the top 12 on 'The Voice.'

Louisiana singers Karen Waldrup and Zoe Levert, along with the other 10 finalists on "The Voice," are going live Monday night.

As the NBC singing competition's 25th season moves into live episodes at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday nights (also streaming on Peacock), it's also time for America to vote on their favorite singers each week to keep them in the contest. The program eventually leads to one winner, who gets a cash prize and a recording contract.

"I had to pack all this stuff — everything was VERY essential for The Voice Top 12 here in California," Waldrup posted on Facebook Wednesday. The accompanying video showed the Mandeville native rolling three suitcases through the airport, a backpack and guitar case on her shoulders.

She continued the post: "Especially my New Orleans Saints T-shirt & Blue Cowboy Boots so I wore them in case a bag was lost."

"TODAY’S THE DAY!!!! — The day where YOU decide who moves on to the Top 9 on @nbcthevoice!!! I’M SO EXCITED ... I’ve got so much more to sing and so much more to learn — don’t count me out yet!!," New Orleans native Levert posted on Monday.

On the show, Levert is a member of Team (John) Legend, while Waldrup is coached by the first-time judging duo Dan+Shay.

"I've got so much more to sing and so much more to learn — don't count me out yet!" she posted. "I'm the luckiest girl in the world."

Fans can vote by downloading the official "The Voice" app or by visiting https://voice.vote.nbc.com/. The voting window opens during the Monday episode and closes at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
