Photos: Kite Fest Louisiane’ 2024
Mermaids, dragons, flags, and a giant octopus took to the skies in the form of kites, big and small, on Saturday, April 27, 2024, during the annual Kite Fest Louisiane’ in Port Allen. Hundreds gathered at West Baton Rouge Soccer Complex to fly kites and view the spectacle of the giant kites flown by expert pilots.
