Pilot killed in helicopter crash on roof of Cairns hotel was on 'unauthorised flight' – video
Queensland police acting assistant commissioner Shane Holmes says police are still trying to confirm the identity of the person flying the helicopter and it is unclear whether they had a pilot's licence. When asked if the police were treating the helicopter as stolen, Holmes said, 'it was an unauthorised flight'.
