Fans in Argentina watched as their team beat France 4-2 on penalties to claim a third World Cup title. Ecstatic fans celebrated the historic win with tears chanting and hugs, after Argentine hero Lionel Messi scored two goals and then another in a shootout. Messi has achieved what Maradona did in 1986 and dominated a World Cup for Argentina.
