Inclusive Therapists

If you’ve struggled to find a mental health professional who understands your unique challenges and needs, this mental health directory may be what you’re looking for. BIPOC Voices from Mental Health America

Hearing the stories of others who get what you’re feeling—or have been where you have been—is powerful. That’s why we love this resource from Mental Health America featuring blog posts and videos from BIPOC youth who are powerfully sharing their personal stories and experiences.

Project HEAL

Our mission at Project HEAL is to open doors to healing for those the system fails. This means we provide access to services and resources for anyone and everyone struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder, especially those who lack the resources to get that help themselves or feel they can’t ask for it.
