MUMS all over the country were treated to flowers, chocolates and other nicknacks on Mother's Day yesterday.

But LadBaby Mum, aka Roxanne Hoyle, was left overwhelmed and struggling to control her emotions as her other half Mark unveiled a pink Christmas tree that he'd done up for the occasion.

"We’ve got another surprise for you but you’ve got to close your eyes and come downstairs with me and the boys," he said in a video on Facebook.

Once she'd got downstairs Rox opened up her eyes, and couldn't hold back her scream as she saw what was in front of her.

"What? Is that a Christmas tree?!" she asked incredulously.

"We know you love Christmas more than anything else so we bought you a Mothers’ d ay Christmas tree.

"On the tree, you will find all of your mothers day treats. All of your favourite things.

"We’ve got chocolates, nice quotes, bubble bath for you to have a nice bath. Slippers, socks, some Crocs. "

In addition there was some 'treat tags', which gave Rox even more treats when she looked at them.

This is amazing. I can’t believe you’ve put a tree up. Wow, what a day. Thank you!

"Oh guys, thank you so much. This is too much love," she guhsed.

"Can I hug it? Can it stay for a whole week?" she pleaded, with Mark agreeing it could stay for the next seven years.

"I think this should be a tradition. I think Mother's Day trees should go up every single years and all your presents go on the tree," he concluded.

"Geeze mark you really outdone yourself here. What a great idea. You really do come up some great thoughtful surprises," one person commented on the video on Facebook.

"I love your pranks on each other but I think I love this the most. Well done , marvellous effort," another added.
