THE Stallones have been splashing out on cosmetic work in the run-up to their reality show, a plastic surgeon has said.
But he claimed they've been spending way less than TV rivals, the Kardashians, who rely on surgery to constantly "reinvent their looks."
Going under the knife or getting the odd nip tuck has become the norm for plenty of Hollywood stars.
Many are known to spend thousands honing their looks in the run-up to red-carpet appearances, starring in movies, or modeling shoots.
The reality TV space is no exception where celebs like the Kardashians work hard at looking youthful and camera-ready.
Kim and her family are famed for splashing out on cosmetic work including boob jobs, nose jobs, fillers, and Botox.
But for new kids on the block, the Stallones, apart from Sylvester's legendary facelift, little is known of their cosmetic journey and ahead of their TV show.
In an exclusive interview, plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich told The U.S. Sun: “If the Stallones' reality series takes off, we could start to see them behaving like the Kardashians as far as plastic surgery goes.
“The Kardashians consume plastic surgery like it's breakfast.
"At the moment, the Stallones are at the early stages of it.

“I don't even think the Stallones have consumed more plastic surgery than the average person (in Hollywood).
“So far the Stallone's could have spent around $200,000 among them on cosmetic surgery, a lot less than the Kardashians have spent I'm sure.
“There's not one person in the family that is having more than the other.
"I believe they've had two breast augmentations, one rhinoplasty, an eyelid lift, an eyebrow lift, and Sly's facelift from the past.
“I don't think there is a lot of need for them to go crazy as they all look fantastic.
“I fail to see an upside for any of them doing any substantial amount of cosmetic work.
“The Kardashians, on the other hand, constantly change their appearance and are always reinventing the way that they look."
In the coming weeks, viewers will get to know the Stallones more closely through their family dramas, antics, and plenty of camera close-ups.
With all eyes on youthful-looking Sylvester and his picture-perfect family, many might wonder how they've all done it.
Wife and former model Jennifer Flavin, 54, has fuelled plastic surgery rumors for years, amid speculation about a nose and boob job.
Rocky star Sly, 76, is known to have had work done in the past and admitted to having a facelift to repair facial nerve damage as a child.
In 1992, he told People magazine: “People see this scar and think I’ve had a facelift.
"They don’t notice that I don’t have a scar over here by my right ear. What do they think? That I could only afford to have half of it done?”
When asked about plastic surgery he responded: “Sure. Why not do it?” before adding: “You have body work done on your car.”
“It is known that Sly has had a face left at some point," added Dr. Westreich who has more than 13 years experience in the field.
"It also looks like he's had his upper lids done, which is not unusual for middle-aged men.
"Maybe there's been fillers during the years because there were times Sly looked swollen.
"He looks better lately than he did before.
"I think he had the upper eyelid lift at the time of the facelift.
"I think he has had Botox and filler at various points in time, and probably a little bit of that going on right now.
"At times he looked a little over-injected; his brows were arched a lot.
"In some of the older photos where he had darker hair, it almost made him look like he had a hair transplant. It's possible that he has.
“Sylvester's facelift and possible eyelid lift would have probably cost $100,000.
"His Botox and fillers are not that expensive, so maybe $2,000 a year."
Similarly, Dr. Westreich noted Jennifer has invested in her looks since her early days as a model.
"Jennifer has not had that much work done and is on a Botox and filler journey," he said.
"She may have had a brow lift and a little bit too much filler in the cheeks, as well some in the lips.
"Her brow lift could have been $30,000 as a standalone cost.
"For her Botox and fillers - these would cost Jennifer maybe $2,000 a year.”
Meanwhile, in the run-up to their reality show launch, Sylvester’s three daughters have been busy on social media.
Sophia, 26, Sistine 24, and Scarlet's, 20, Instagram feeds show them at home in the spotlight, also having dabbled in modeling and movie work.
As 20-somethings exploring the Hollywood scene, our expert notes the cosmetic work they've done isn't a big surprise.
"A 20-year-old girl getting breast augmentation is not unusual," added Dr. Westreich.
“Both Sistine and Sophia have had breast augmentations.
“Obviously, anybody on the planet getting lip fillers at this point is not unusual.
“I would say Scarlet and Sistine definitely have had lip filler.
“Sophia has likely had her nose done.
"If you look at her lips, they were very full before so I don't think she necessarily had lip filler.
“With the Kardashian daughters though, it seemed like Kim was driving the plastic surgery process within the Kardashian family.
"I think she had work done before the parents did.
“I'm not saying that [the Kardashians] necessarily needed plastic surgery.

"Obviously, at some point, they decided that they were going to focus on beauty branding.
“At this stage, I don't think anyone else can necessarily replicate that amount of plastic surgery, and not least the Stallones.”
