CCTV has revealed the last sighting of Martin Lewis's MoneySavingExpert colleague Anthony Hill.

Anthony's wife has issued a desperate flea to "help find my girls' daddy" after he went missing yesterday.

The 37-year-old worked with Mr Lewis on the MoneySavingExpert website before changing jobs and becoming a primary school teacher.

CCTV snaps show Anthony at the Co-op Store on Sprowston Road in Norwich at 9.58am on Monday morning.

Officers believe he then walked towards Mousehold Heath via Gilman Road.

The father-of-two daughters aged six and four was last seen on the morning of his 37th birthday on Monday, leaving his home in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich at around 7.45am.

Mr Hill’s wife, Kayleigh Hill, 36, has helped organise a massive search with worried locals of Mousehold Heath, a wooded area close to the family’s home.

Taking to Facebook yesterday, Kayleigh posted an emotional message, writing: “Anyone who has any spare time to help is so much appreciated, I'll be out there today we need to find my girls' daddy.”

She added: “Please keep looking, please Ant if you see any of this please come home, it doesn't matter how long you've been gone just come home we love you and need you back.”

Inspector Adam Binns said: "We are concerned for Anthony’s welfare and would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him on Monday morning.

"We believe he was travelling on foot in the area of Mousehold Heath.

"Our searches are currently concentrated in this area with specialist search teams including the police drone carrying out extensive searches of the land."

The appeal comes after Mr Lewis made his own appeal on social media for people to spread the word of his friend's disappearance.

The money man said in a post on X, formerly Twitter: "This is devastating. Please share.

"Anthony is a lovely man who used to work on the MoneySavingExpert deals team before leaving to pursue his valiant passion the get into teaching. I hope and pray he's OK.

"Please please spread word."

Kayleigh also appealed on Facebook for people to review any doorbell camera or dashcam footage from the area and issued a photograph of the outfit he was last wearing.

Norfolk Police said in a press release previously: "Anthony Hill, aged 37, was last seen at 7.45am this morning (Monday 17 June 2024) when he left his home address on Plumstead Road East.

"Anthony is described as white, 5ft 7 inches tall, of a slim build and with short brown hair.

"He was last seen wearing brown chino trousers, a black checked shirt, a green coat and a yellow rucksack.

"Police are concerned for Anthony’s welfare and would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him or knows of his current whereabouts.

"Anyone with any information about Anthony’s whereabouts should contact police on 101, quoting incident number NC-17062024-507."

Police told The Sun on Tuesday that searches remained ongoing for Anthony.
