FREDDIE FLINTOFF'S teenage son has made history by becoming Lancashire's youngest-ever player.

Rocky Flintoff made his professional debut today against Kent at the age of just 16 years and 113 days old.

Ollie Sutton, 24, was also introduced to the side to make his first appearance in the One Day Cup.

Flintoff Jr became the youngest player to score a century for England at Under-19s level in an unofficial Test last week.

He made 106 in the unofficial Second Test against Sri Lanka at Cheltenham.

The teenager was called up by England for the first time last month.

His dad, Andrew, also known as Freddie, is a Lancashire and England legend.

He was an all-rounder throughout his career.

After retiring for the second time in 2015, Flintoff went into a career in broadcasting.

He was a team captain on panel show A League of Their Own and became a presenter on BBC hit Top Gear.

However, the cricket icon quit after suffering serious injuries in a horrific car accident two years ago.

Following a nine-month absence from the public eye he was seen for the first time since the accident last September while coaching the England team.

The 46-year-old has since taken up a number of coaching roles sporadically.
